And the state of my diet: Diättag today is 9 and I've lost kg up to 4.4! And I was adamant and I have eaten nothing today, only drank my shakes! Today we had for breakfast and lunch, but I was firm! my diet, I have remained faithful until now! I have not eaten for 4 days and drank my good little powder ... my scale I was rewarded today morning -2.3 kg! That's a beginning! am Otherwise, I still caught a cold (since 1 1 / 2 weeks) . There is a constant up and down but really I'm just not coughing and sniffing going on ...
And yesterday I did an important step for me!
I started with the Alma-diet and wants to lose weight now 20kg at last ... at least ...
The next 2 weeks (ne are, indeed only 12 days * * happy) I will feed on the powders, tea and broth ... then be a 2-week cycles each always replace a meal again and I will not try to fall back into old habits, but to strive for a healthy, low fat diet ... keep your fingers crossed! Anyway, I'm highly motivated and happy that it has worked out so well (one suffers in the diet not hungry!)

As compensation for the long abstinence, I would like to show you today a few photos from our Christmas vacation.

We stayed for 1 week in a chalet in Grand Event, near Yverdon-les-Bain. This is in the French-speaking Switzerland, the Jura, Canton Vaud.

We actually had good weather when it was quite foggy, including Christmas around the house. But we drove about 10 minutes by car to the mountain to the ski area Mauborget where we were above the clouds and head for sunshine and blue skies and carriage could go walking. It was very nice but also quite stressful for Christmas ... at least we will probably not drive so fast on vacation ... at least not as long as the kids are still small ...
