What Is The Best Processer?

Vegan MoFo XX - Vegan Cooking Class Vegan MoFo

have to finish things off, Vegan MoFo I indulged in a cooking class in my yoga home - the subject was healthy vegan diet for Ayurveda. Even when the arriving colorful vegetables looked so promising:

And that was only part of the colorful splendor!

shredded vegetable curry

We Basmati rice cooked with spices, mixed vegetables in curry with coconut milk, spiced black-eyed peas, crispy fried chickpea patties and let apple chutney scent. So passed a whole morning, full of wonderful smells and new tastes and of course delicious yogi tea. I learned not only how to properly anröstet spices to give my Indian courts the right flavor, but also how to do properly tasty beans and crispy pancake. The food was wonderful, aromatic, somewhat sharp and perfectly rounded - then felt is pleasantly saturated and fresh. Our course leader Neelam, even a vegetarian told us their kitchen secrets, let us look literally in their pots, led to the spice shopping and gave us tips on how we feel after eating really well. And the best: It was so much about, I the steaming delicacies also carefully transported home, where my friend was happy then M.

Starter: Crispy chickpea pancake with apple chutney.

The set table: Bright colors, growling stomachs.

My (first) plate: vegetable curry, rice, beans and black eyes.

Dessert: Panjiri with pomegranate seeds, khaki and guava.

That was the cooking class - and the Vegan MoFo! Funny it was, but here I go back to regular posting ... and am looking forward to seeing you again! See you soon! :-)
