And the state of my diet: Diättag today is 9 and I've lost kg up to 4.4! And I was adamant and I have eaten nothing today, only drank my shakes! Today we had for breakfast and lunch, but I was firm! my diet, I have remained faithful until now! I have not eaten for 4 days and drank my good little powder ... my scale I was rewarded today morning -2.3 kg! That's a beginning!
